Apple/Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
- 2/3 cups beurre
- 1/3 cup sucre
- 2 cups farine
- 1/4 cup eau
- 2-3 cups rhubarbe, en des
- 1-2 pomme, en des
- 1/2 cup sucre
- 2 oeuf
- 2 Tbsp farine, ou panure
- 1 Tbsp beurre, fondu
Instructions
Crust: work together butter, sugar, flour and water. Press into a greased baking pan. Mix all the other ingredients. Bake: 15' - 425 F 35' - 375 F Serve with whipping cream.
