Applesauce muffins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup beurre, ramolli
- 1/3 cup sucre
- 2 oeuf
- 1 cup puree de pommes, 2 petites pommmes
- 1 3/4 cups farine
- 3 tsp poudre a lever
- 1/2 tsp sel
- 1/2 cup noix, chopped
Instructions
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at the time. Beat in applesauce. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt over butter mixture. Add nuts. Stir. Fill muffin tins. 25' - 400 F.
