Balsamic-Glazed Halibut

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vinaigre balsamique
  • 1 tsp sucre brun, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 2 halibut, morceaux
  • 1/2 tsp huile d'olive
  • sel
  • poivre

Instructions

In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar and mustard. Rinse halibut and pat dry. Brush lightly all over with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in frying pan over medium-high heat, until browned, about 4'. Turn pieces over. Spoon vinegar mixture over browned sides. Lower heat and cook until fish is opaque, but still moist looking in the center, 4-5' longer.

Make with Sweet potato wedges and warm broccoli-nut salad.
