Barley/sunflower bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups farine
  • 1 cup barley flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp levure
  • 1/2 graines de tournesol, roties
  • 1 tbsp huile
  • 1 1/4 cup eau
  • 1 tbsp beurre, fondu

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Turn dough out onto a floured surface, form into a loaf, and place in the pan. Brush the top with the butter and sprinklie with additional sunflower seed kernels. Bake: 40-50'. Let cool on a wire rack.
