Canadian Blueberry Deser

Ingredients

  • 4 cups myrtilles
  • 2 Tbsp citron, jus
  • 1/3 cup sucre brun
  • 2 tsp maizena
  • 2/3 cups flocons d'avoine, quick
  • 1/2 cups farine
  • 1/3 cup sucre brun
  • dash sel
  • 1/3 cup margarine

Instructions

Toss blueberries with lemon juice in ungreased casserole. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir into blueberries. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in margarine. Sprinkle over blueberries. 350 F - 40'. Serve warm with ice cream.
