Carrot Wheat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup farine complete
  • 1 cup farine
  • 1 Tbsp poudre a lever
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 1/4 cup sucre brun
  • 1/2 tsp cannelle
  • 1/8 tsp allspice, or cloves
  • 1 cup carotte, coarsely grated
  • 1 tsp orange, grated rind
  • 1 oeuf
  • 1 cup lait
  • 1/4 cup molasse
  • 1/4 cup beurre, melted
  • 1/2 cup raisins secs
  • 1/4 cup noix, chopped

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg, milk, molasses and butter, add to dry mix. Fold in raisins and nuts. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. 400 F - 25'.
