Chiken Terriyaki

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sauce soja
  • 1 Tbsp sherry, or scotch
  • 1/4 cup sucre
  • 1 tsp gingembre
  • 2 poitrine de poulet, boned and split

Instructions

Make the marinade by mixing the soya sauce, sherry, sugar and ginger. Put the chicken onto a cookie sheet and pour the marinade over. Let sit 30'. Put the chicken in a cold oven. Turn the heat to 400 F and bake 35',

basting with marinade every 5 to 10 minutes.
