Chopped Endive Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz endives
- 1 1/2 Tbsp citron, jus
- 1 Tbsp huile d'olive
- 3/4 - 1 tsp raifort
- 1 tsp dijon
- 1/4 tsp poivre
- 4 oz saumon fume
- 2 Tbsp capres
- 2 oeuf, durs
Instructions
Slice
Spoon salad onto plates. Top with eggs.
