Confetti Catfish Salad

Ingredients
- 1 poivron, en lamelles
- 2 cups filet de poisson, flaked, cooked
- 2 cups carotte, shredded
- 1/2 cup champignons, sliced
- 1/4 cup celeri, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup persil, minced
- 2 radis, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp oignon, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp huile
- 1 1/2 Tbsp vinaigre
- 1 tsp citron, jus
- 1/4 tsp sucre
- 1/4 tsp sel
- 1/8 tsp moutarde, en poudre
- 1/8 tsp poivre
Instructions
dash garlic powder
Refrigarate salad at least 1h.
