Copper River Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 saumon, filets
- 2 1/4 cup orange, jus
- 1/4 cup sauce soja
- 4 Tbsp gingembre, finely shredded
- 4 gousses ail
- 1/4 cup sucre brun
- 2 Tbsp huile d'olive
Instructions
Marinade: in a bowl combine OJ, soy sauce, ginger, garlic (pressed) brown sugar and oil. Mix well, Place salmon filets in pan, skin side up and pour marinade over the salmon.
Broil until skin is brown around edges, 5-7 minutes. Flip salmon over, baste with sauce, and lightly sprikle additional brown sugar atop salmon, Broil an additional 5-7 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Attention: je crois que c'est trop de marinade. Reduire les quantites.
