Country Skillet Supper

Ingredients

  • 8 oeuf, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp sel
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli, flowerets
  • 1 cup poulet, diced, cooked (ham)
  • 2 tbsp beurre

Instructions

Blanche broccoli. Beat eggs in large bowl, add salt and baking soda. Mix thoroughly, add broccoli and chicken, mix again. Heat butter, pour in egg mixture, cover and cook 25' or until brown on the bottom. Turn over, bake 5'.
