Curry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp beurre
  • 1 Tbsp curry
  • 3 Tbsp farine
  • 2 cups lait
  • 1 tsp sel
  • 1/2 tsp poivre
  • 1 tsp citron, jus

Instructions

Melt butter. Blend in curry powder, cook 1 min. Add flour, cook a few min., stirring constantly. Lift pan from the heat. Add milk; whisk until smooth. Add salt and pepper, cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add lemon juice.
