Fish With Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup beurre
- 12 gousses ail
- 1 lb filet de poisson
- 1 oeuf, battu
- sel
- poivre
Instructions
Melt butter over medium-low heat. Add whole clothes of garlic, until golden (15-20'). Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Dip fish in egg, drain, fry in 1/8 inch deep oil and butter mix. Cook until lightly browned, turning only once. Put in platter. Pour garlic sauce over.
