Fish with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
- 1 medium oignon, red, sliced
- 1 Tbsp huile
- 1/3 cup grains de sesame, toasted
- 1/4 cup eau
- 1 small clov ail, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp sel
- 2 Tbsp citron, jus
- poivre
- 2 Tbsp panure
- 2 Tbsp persil, snipped
- 1 lb poisson, filet de perche
- persil
- olives
Instructions
Cook and stir onion in 1 TBsp oil until tender. Mix sesame seed, water,
garlic, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Lightly brush square baking dish
with oil; spinkle with bread crumbs and 2 Tbsp parsley. Pat fish dry with
paper towels; arrange in baking dish. Pour sesame seed mixture over fish;
top with onion. Cook uncovered in 400 F oven until fish flakes easily with
fork, 20 - 25'. Garnish with parsley and
To toast sesame seeds, heat in ungreased skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 2'.
