Italian Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb haricots
  • 1/3 cup huile d'olive
  • 2 Tbsp vinaigre
  • 1 gousse ail, emincee
  • 1 tsp sel
  • 1/2 tsp moutarde
  • poivre
  • 2 tomate, en quartiers
  • 1 petit oignon, en lamelles
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • olives

Instructions

Cook beans in salty water until crisp. Pour dressing over warm beans. Toss, cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours. Add tomatoes and onion, and parmesan, and olives.
