Lemon-Baked Cod

Ingredients

  • 1 lb poisson
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 Tbsp citron, jus
  • 1/4 cup farine
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 1/8 tsp poivre
  • paprika

Instructions

If fish fillets are large, cut into serving pieces. Mix margarine and lemon juice. In another bowl, mix flour, salt and white pepper. Dip fish into margarine mixture; coat fish with flour mixture. Place in ungreased square baking dish. Pour remaining margarine mix over fish. sprinkle with parpika. Cook uncovered in 350 F oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 25-30'. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
