Linguine + Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 10 1/2 oz minced clams, can
  • 6 Tbsp huile d'olives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup vin blanc
  • 2 tsp persil, hache
  • 1/4 tsp poivre
  • 1 lb pates

Instructions

Drain clams. Save broth. Combine olive oil and garlic powder and heat until garlic turns golden. Cool slightly. Add clam broth, wine, parsley and pepper. Boil until liquid is reduced to about 1 cup. Cook linguine. Add clams to sauce and heat. Toss cooked linguine with clam sauce.
