Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 lb champignons, en lamelles
- 1/4 cup citron, jus
- 1/2 cup huile d'olive
- 2 oignon vert, coupe fin
- 1/4 cup persil, snipped
- 1 gousse ail, hache fin
- 3/4 tsp sel
- 1/4 tsp poivre
- paprika
- pita, petites
Instructions
Mix mushrooms and lemon juice in large bowl. Stir in oil, green onion,
parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss. Cover and refrigerate, stirring
occasionally at least 3 hours. Just before serving remove to salad bowl
with slotted spoon. Sprinkle with
