Mashed Potatoes with kale and olive oil

Ingredients
- 3 lb p-d-t, pelees, en gros morceaux
- sel
- 4 Tbsp huile d'olive
- 4 gousses ail, hachees
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/2 cup lait, chaud ou half and half
- poivre
- 5 oignon vert, haches
- 1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
Instructions
