No-bagel Frittata

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp beurre
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 oz saumon fume, chopped
- 8 oeuf, lightly beaten
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp capres

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 F.
In an overproof skillet melt 1/2 Tbsp butter. Add
Pour the eggs and milk into a large bowl. Add cream chreese in marble-sized chunks, along with optional capers and pepper. Whisk until just mixed.
Add remining 1 Tbsp butter to skillet and stir to coat the sides. Add egg mixture and place in oven. Bake until eggs are just set, 15-20'.
