Oven roasted asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb asperges
- 2 tsp huile d'olive
- poivre
- 2 tsp citron, zeste
- 1 tsp huile d'olive
- 1 tsp citron
Instructions
Spread asparague in a 10x15 inch baking pan. Drizzle with plain olive oil, then shake pan lightly to coat aspargus. Sprinkle lightly with pepper.
Bake 400 F until asparagus is tender-crips to bite, 9-10'.
Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with lemon peel, drizzle with lemon-flavoraed oil. Serve warm or at room temerature.
