Penne with Ricotta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne
  • 3 Tbls olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1 basil, big handful, chopped, fresh
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • sel
  • poivre

Instructions

Cook penne. Drain and toss with olive oil, garlic, red peppers, basil, salt and pepper to taste.

!!! Fresh garlic is too strong.
