Polynesian Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp margarine
  • 1 oignon, en lamelles
  • 1 poivron, en des
  • 1 boite ananas, petite, avec jus
  • 1 tsp vinaigre
  • 1 Tsp miel
  • 1 Tsp sauce soja
  • 2 Tsp maizena
  • 1 cup bouillon de poule
  • 2 cups jambon, en carrelets
  • 1/3 cup cashews, en petits morceaus

Instructions

Melt butter in large skillet; stir in onion and green pepper. Cook over moderate heat for several minutes. Add pineapple, vinegar,honey, and soy sauce. Dissolve cornstarch in bouillon. Add to hot mixture and cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in ham, and heat. Fill warm crepes, fold over, sprinkle with nuts.
