Potato & Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 medium p-d-t, boiled
  • 1 lb boeuf, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp poudre d'ail
  • 2 Tbsp huile d'olive
  • 1 poivron, en lamelles
  • poivre

Instructions

Toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add beef and toss 3'. Remove beef. Add green pepper to skillet. Toss 3'. Add sliced potatoes, saute 5 minutes. Add beef; toss until heated. Season with salt.
