Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin, small can
  • 2/3 cup sucre brun
  • 1 tsp cannelle
  • 1/2 tsp gingembre
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 2 oeuf, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups lait
  • 1/2 cup creme

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Cook filling in a double boiler until thick, cool slightly and pour into a 9 inch pie shell (brisee fine). Bake 40' at 450 F.
