Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp beurre
- 1 oignon, hache
- 1 lb citrouille, cubed
- 2 1/2 cup bouillon de poule
- 1/8 tsp giroffle, en poudre
- 1/2 tsp sucre
- few drops tabasco
- 1 tsp citron, jus
- creme, optional
Instructions
Melt butter and fry onion 2-3 minutes. Add pumpkin, broth, cloves, sugar, salt and Tabasco. Cook until the pumpkin in quite soft. Puree in blender. Add lemon juice. Reheat. Stir in cream if desired.
