Rhubarb Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sucre brun
  • 2 oeuf
  • 1 cup farine
  • 1 cup farine complete
  • 2 tsp cannelle, ou muscade
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp poudre a lever
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 1 cup rhubarbe, finely chopped
  • 1 orange, grated peel
  • 1 cup flocons d'avoine

Instructions

Cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in egg. Add sifted dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with rhubarb. Sprinkle on grated peel and rolled oats then mix just to blend. Bake 350 F - 25'.
