Rice With Peas

Ingredients
- 60 gr beurre
- 2 Tbsp huile d'olives
- 2 stripes lard, en des
- 3 oignon, haches
- 3 cups petits pois
- 3 Tbsp bouillon de poule
- 1 l bouillon de poule
- 1 cup riz
- sel
- persil
- parmesan
Instructions
Heat butter and olive oil in large saucepan. Add bacon and onions, until
bacon is brown. Add peas and 3 Tbsp stock. Cook gently for 5'. Add
remainder of stock and rice. Cook until rice is done. Add salt. Serve with
