Rice With Peas

Ingredients

  • 60 gr beurre
  • 2 Tbsp huile d'olives
  • 2 stripes lard, en des
  • 3 oignon, haches
  • 3 cups petits pois
  • 3 Tbsp bouillon de poule
  • 1 l bouillon de poule
  • 1 cup riz
  • sel
  • persil
  • parmesan

Instructions

Heat butter and olive oil in large saucepan. Add bacon and onions, until bacon is brown. Add peas and 3 Tbsp stock. Cook gently for 5'. Add remainder of stock and rice. Cook until rice is done. Add salt. Serve with sprinkle of parsley and parmesan (separately).
