Roasted Garlic smached potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb p-d-t rouges, avec pelure, en morceaux
- 1 feuille de laurier
- 1/4 cup lait, ou creme a cafe
- 2 Tbsp beurre
- poivre
- garlic, roasted
Instructions
Buy or make roasted
Place potatoes and bay leaf in large saucepan; add salted water to cover. Boil over medium heat 15-20' until potatoes are tender. Remove and discard bay leaf. Drain water. Return to heat, add milk and the butter and heat.
Sitr in chopped or mached roasted
Roasted Garlic: individual cloves: 400 F, 15-25' with a little olive oil.
