Sauce aux framboises

Ingredients
- 1 cup eau
- 1 Tbsp maizena
- 8 tsp sucre
- eau
- 1 1/2 lb framboises, congeles
- 1/4 cup jus d'orange, concentre
Instructions
Boil the cup of water. Mix cornstarch with sugar with a little cold water, to blend the cornstarch before adding to the hot boiling water. Cook and stir the cornstartch in the hot water for 1-3 min., until the mix is thick and relatively clear. Turn off heat, and add frozen berries and orange juice concentrate.
