Sesame Crisp Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup farine
- 1/2 tsp sel
- 1 cup eau, tiede
- 1 oeuf, battu
Instructions
Combine flour and salt. Stir well, add water. Stir until mixture forms a soft dough. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead well for about 10' until smooth. Place in greased bowl. Cover with damp cloth and allow to rest at room temperature for 2 hours. Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each peice into a very thin round, transfer to baking sheet and brush with beaten egg. Lightly sprinkle on sesame seeds, garlic powder and dill. Prick dough well with fork. 425 F - 10-15'
Variations: dried red pepper flakes, sauteed onions and bacon, poppy seeds, finely chopped onion, grated Parmesan, seasoning salt...
Party dill: Combine 2/3 cup mayo,1 cup sour cream or yogurt, 1Tbsp finely chopped green onion, 1tsp finely chopped parsley, 1tsp seasoning salt, 1tsp dill weed. Best if done the day before.
