Sicilian Beefsteak

Ingredients

  • 1-2 gousses ail
  • huile d'olive
  • 4 steaks, !!! qualite
  • 3 Tbsp olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp poivrons marines, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp celeri, diced
  • 2 Tbsp capres
  • 4 tomate, en des
  • sel
  • poivre
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

Fry garlic in olive oil until golden, then fry steaks, 2' on each side. Add olives, pickled peppers, celery, capers, tomaotes, salt and pepper, oregano. Cook a few more minutes, serve.
