Spanish Bulgur

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp huile
  • 2 gousse ail, hache
  • 1 cup oignon vert, chopped
  • 1 poivron, en des
  • 2 1/2 cup bulgur
  • 2 cups haricots blancs, cooked or pinto
  • 1-2 tsp paprika
  • sel
  • 1/4 tsp poivre
  • cayenne
  • 1 grande pelati, boite

Instructions

FAIRE LA MOITIE DES QUANTITES.

Heat oil and saute garli, green onions, green pepper, and bulgur until bulgur is coated with oil and onions are translucent. Add beans, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne and tomaotes. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed and bulgur is tender, about 15', adding more liquid if necessary.
