Spicy Sausage Fry

Ingredients
- 1 poivron, ou rouge lamelles
- 2 oignon vert, chopped
- 1 gousse ail, chopped
- 1 grande tomate, chopped
- 1 lb saucisse, coupees fin
- 2 Tbsp beurre
- 8 oeuf, battus
- 1 tsp sel
- poivre
Instructions
In large frying pan saute the first 5 ingredients in butter until vegetables are soft and sausages are cooked. Stir in eggs, season and cook, stirring gently until set. Serve with a fresh grenn salad or over toast.
