Spicy Sausage Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 poivron, ou rouge lamelles
  • 2 oignon vert, chopped
  • 1 gousse ail, chopped
  • 1 grande tomate, chopped
  • 1 lb saucisse, coupees fin
  • 2 Tbsp beurre
  • 8 oeuf, battus
  • 1 tsp sel
  • poivre

Instructions

In large frying pan saute the first 5 ingredients in butter until vegetables are soft and sausages are cooked. Stir in eggs, season and cook, stirring gently until set. Serve with a fresh grenn salad or over toast.
