Spinach-Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb epinards, frais
- 4 cups chou rouge, en fines lamelles
- 2 onions verts, en fines rondelles
- 7-oz can thon, egoutte, en morceaux
- 1/3 cup huile
- 2 Tbsp vinaigre
- 1/2 tsp sel
- 1/4 tsp moutarde en poudre, dry
- 2 Tbsp parmesan
- 1 Tbsp capres
- 2 oeuf, durs

Combine spinach, cabbage, onions and tuna. Combine oil, vinegar, salt and
