Spinach-Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb epinards, frais
  • 4 cups chou rouge, en fines lamelles
  • 2 onions verts, en fines rondelles
  • 7-oz can thon, egoutte, en morceaux
  • 1/3 cup huile
  • 2 Tbsp vinaigre
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 1/4 tsp moutarde en poudre, dry
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp capres
  • 2 oeuf, durs

Instructions

Combine spinach, cabbage, onions and tuna. Combine oil, vinegar, salt and mustard. Drizzle over sald and toss lightly to blend. Sprinkle with parmesan, garnish with egg slices and capers.
