Sponge Cake

Ingredients
- 3 oeuf
- 3/4 cup sucre
- 3 tsp eau
- 1 tsp citron, jus
- 3/4 cup farine
- 2 tsp poudre a lever
Instructions
Mix egg yolks, sugar, water and lemon juice. Mix flour and baking powder, add to above mix, alternatively with 3 beaten egg whites. Pour into springform: 375 F - 15' 350 F - 20 - 30'
May be served with cream: Mix: 1 cup milk 2 Tsp starch 2 egg yolks 2 tsp vanilla Cook at very low heat, stirring. Cool. This is a pudding. Mix:100 gr (?) soft butter 1/3 cup sugar Slowly add the pudding. Put cream on top of sponge cake, add strawberries on top.
