Sri Lanka Ground Beef Curry

Ingredients
- 1 lb boeuf hache
- 2 moyens oignon, haches
- 2 moyennes p-d-t, en des
- 1 poivron, hache
- 2 Tbl huile
- 2 1/2 cup eau
- 1/4 cup noix de coco, shredded
- 2 Tbl puree tomate
- 2 minces gingembre, rondelles
- 1 baton cannelle
- 1 clou de giroffle
- 1 1/2 tsp sel
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp chilli
- 1/2 turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cardamon
- 3 cups riz, cuit
- 1 ananas, boite
- lait de coco

Cook and stir beef, onions, potatoes and green pepper in oil in skillet over medium heat until
