Steamed Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 saumon, steaks or filets
- sel
- poivre
- 1/3 cup poivron, slivered
- 2 Tlsp green onion, diagonally sliced
- 1 tsp basilique, dried
- 1 tsp huile
Instructions
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Combine green pepper, onion, basil and dash each salt and pepper; toss with oil. Place salmon on oiled alufoil, on steamer. Sprinkle with vegetable mixture. Put water just below level of steamer. Cover. Steam over gently boiling water about 10 min.
