Strawberries Jubilee

Ingredients
- 16 oz fraises, gelees
- 2 tsp maizena
- 2-3 Tbsp cognac
- glace vanille
Instructions
Thaw and drain strawberries. Keep syrup. Blend starch and syrup. Heat until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in strawberries. Keep warm. Heat brandy just until warm. Ignite and pour flaming over strawberries. Stir. Spoon over vanilla ice-cream.
