Sweet & Sauer Pork

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb porc, en des
  • 2 tsp sauce soja
  • 2 tsp maizena
  • 1 oeuf, jaune
  • 1 poivron, en lamelles
  • 1 carotte, en rondelles
  • 1 legume
  • 5 ananas, rondelles
  • 1 tsp maizena
  • 4 tsp eau
  • 4 tsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 2 tso citron, jus
  • 1 tsp vinaigre
  • 4 tsp sucre

Instructions

Marinate the meat with the soya sauce, the cornstarch and the egg yolk. Deep-fry the vegetables, then the meat. Seasoning sauce: mix cornstarch, sugar, water, ketchup, salt, lemon juice and vinegar. Add vegetables to meat, add sauce and pineapples. Serve when all is hot. To make it spicy: add canned hot peppers or tabasco.
