Swiss Chard with Lemon and Ginger

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp huile d'olive
- 1 oignon rouge, chopped
- 1 Tbsp gingembre, finely choppped
- 1 bunch cote de bettes, trimmed, washed and chopped into 1"
- 1/2 citron, juice and zest
Instructions
Seulement pour 2-3 personnes.
Saute the onion in the oil for 3 minutes, or until soft and translucent. Add the ginger and saute for another minute. Then add the chard. Let the chard wilt down before adding the lemon.
