Thai chicken curry

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp huile
  • 2 tsp curry paste, mild
  • 2 poitrine de poulet, en lanieres de 1 cm
  • 2 Tbsp sucre
  • 1 gousse ail, emincee
  • 2 tbsp beurre
  • 2 tbsp farine
  • 2 Tbsp sauce soja
  • poivre
  • 1 cup lait de coco, une boite?
  • 2 cups broccoli, en morceaux
  • 1/4 cacahouetes

Instructions

Combine oil and curry paste in a pan. Cook for 1', stirring well. Add chicken, sugar, soy sauce, garlic. Stir fry until chicken is done.

In a medium sauce pan melt butter. Blend in flour, pepper, add milk. Cook and stir until thick.

Add chicken, borccoli and peanuts to sauce and cook until heated through.

Serve on bed of steamed rice
