Thai Green Curry Chicken/tofu

Ingredients
- 1 lb poitrine de poulet, Cut into 1" cubes
- 1 Tbsp sauce soja
- 1 Tbsp farine
- 2 Tbsp huile
- 2 Tbsp Green curry paste
- 2 oignon vert, chopped
- 3 gousses ail, chopped
- 1 tsp gingembre, fresh, finely chopped
- 2 cups lait de coco
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp sauce soja
- 2 Tbsp sucre
- 1/2 cup cilantro, leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Toss chicken in soy sauce, then in flour, coating pieces evenly. Heat the oil in a larke skillet over medium high heat. Place chicken in the skillet, cook and stir chicken until browned, about 5'. Remove chicken.
Reduce heat to medium and stir in curry paste. Cook for 1' until fragrant, then stir in green
onions, garlic, and ginger; cook an additional 2'. Return chicken to the skillet, stirring to
