Warm Broccoli-Nut Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz broccoli, en petits morceaux
  • 1 1/2 tsp huile d'olive
  • 1/8 tsp sel
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp balsamico
  • 1/2 tsp dijon
  • 1/3 cup noix, chopped and toasted

Instructions

In a 10x15" baking pan, mix broccoli, oil and salt. Spread in a single layer.

450 F - 20-25', stirring occasionally, until broccoli is browned and tender.

In a bowl mix vinegar and mustard. Add warm broccoli and walnuts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
