Warm Chinese Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 6-7 cup epinards
- 1 Tbsp huile
- 2/3 cup champignons, en lamelles
- 2 gousses ail, ecrasees
- 2 tsp vinaigre, blanc?
- 1 Tbsp sauce soja
- 2 tsp sucre
- 2 tsp grains de sesame
Instructions
Toast the sesame seeds. Remove from pan. To same skillet add oil and the mushrooms. Cook for 2'. Stir in garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Add the spinach and cook, turning the indredients frequently until the spinach is barely wilted about 3'. Discard any liquid, serve hot.
