Whole Wheat Spiced Carrot Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp poudre a lever
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp cannelle
- 1 Tbsp gingembre
- 1/2 tsp girofle, en poudre
- 2 oeuf, battus
- 1 1/2 cup butter milk
- 1/2 cup pommes, compote (=1 + 1/2 pomme)
- 1/2 cup miel
- 1 Tbsp vanille
- 3-4 grandes carotte, rapees (= 2 cups)
- 3/4 cup noix, + raisins secs, ou abricots
Instructions
Pour 24 muffins
Whisk together the flour, baking poweder,
Combine the eggs, buttermilk, applesauce, maple syrup and vanilla in another large bowl and whisk them together. Stir flour mixture into the egg mixture and then fold in the grated carrots Add nuts and dried fruit.
375 F - 18-22 min.
