Banana Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup add-ins, chocolate chips, walnuts, etc. (optional)

Instructions

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine.

Scoop 1/4 cups onto griddle.
