Bean Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, or mix with red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
  • some basil
  • some cumin, ground

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Pour over bean salad.

Makes enough for 2 cans of beans + vegetables.
