Israeli Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 cup israeli couscous
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan.

  2. Toast couscous until golden brown.

  3. Add boiling water and salt.

  4. Stir, bring back to boil, then lower heat to a simmer.

  5. Cook about 14 minutes or until water is absorbed.
