Israeli Couscous

- 1 cup israeli couscous
- 1 1/4 cups water
- olive oil
- salt
Instructions

Heat
olive oil in a medium saucepan. -
Toast couscous until golden brown.

Add boiling
water andsalt . -
Stir, bring back to boil, then lower heat to a simmer.

Cook about 14 minutes or until
water is absorbed.
